Mary Doswell recently retired as Senior Executive from Dominion Resources. Since leaving Dominion, Ms. Doswell founded Doswell Strategic Consulting Services, LLC (DSCS) primarily consulting for start-up technology companies in the energy sector. Areas of expertise includes new energy technologies, transmission and distribution grid technologies, distributed generation, electric vehicles, large scale renewables, battery storage, and CCR Management.

Ms. Doswell is a governor appointee to the Virginia Offshore Wind Development Authority and the Virginia Biotechnology Research Partnership Authority and serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mutual Assurance Society of Virginia, Immediate Past President of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Engineering Foundation Board.

Ms. Doswell received her B.A. degree in physics cum laude from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts and received a master’s degree in Materials Engineering, with a concentration in econometrics, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She attended the Darden Executive Development Program at the University of Virginia Graduate School of Business in 1996.

The team at BMM has over sixty years dedicated to the contaminated soil industry and the transport and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous soil. Each of their respective companies have become industry leaders retaining a client base that includes fortune 500 companies, leading environmental contractors, and many State and Federal agencies. The team has extensive experience in stabilization, fixation, PCB remediation, ash management, permitting and implementation of new technologies.

Mr. Crate is a practicing professional who has specialized in the management of industrial and municipal waste for 38 years, and has worked in 11 states and abroad. He served as Vice President and Managing Principal / Partner at Draper Aden Associates, a regional Civil and Environmental Engineering firm, for over 30 years before retiring from the firm and subsequently founding Waste Resource Services. LLC (WRS) in 2015; Waste Resource Services, LLC specializes in the application of innovative but proven technologies for the waste management industry.

WRS handles sales, marketing, and consulting for EnCAP-IT primarily in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee; specializing in landfill expansions.
